Thirteen Players Join Chicago

The Chicago Wolves announced Monday they have received 13 players from the St. Louis Blues.

Forwards Cody Beach, Alexandre Bolduc, Pat Cannone, Christian Hanson, Mark Mancari, Tyler Shattock, Yannick Veilleux and Sebastian Wannstrom, defensemen Cade Fairchild, Brett Ponich, David Shields and Taylor Chorney and goaltender Jordan Binnington all have been assigned to Chicago.

The Wolves training camp runs through Saturday and the team opens the preseason with a tilt against the Rockford IceHogs at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 25, at West Meadows Ice Arena in Rolling Meadows.

The team will open its 20th season in Texas when they battle the San Antonio Rampage at 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4, at the AT&T Center. The club will also face the Rampage for the team’s home opener, presented by LifeSource, at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12, at the Allstate Arena.
