About Skates

This year marks Skates' 20th season as the Mascot of the Chicago Wolves. Skates loves spending time in the community, raising funds for  Chicago Wolves Charities and meeting fans. He is especially proud of helping his fellow animals with the Adopt-A-Dog program, which has helped more than 1,000 dogs find homes.

SkatesDuring Wolves games, Skates loves to high-five fans, sign autographs, throw T-Shirts and get involved with all the promotions. He especially loves dancing in the aisles to "Cotton Eyed Joe". Occasionally, you can even catch Skates firing off a few shots at the slap shot cage! In addition to Wolves home games, Skates can be found at festivals and parades in the Chicago area.
