Epilepsy Awareness Night
Did you know One in 26 Americans will develop epilepsy during their lifetime?
The condition doesn’t play favorites: People are diagnosed with epilepsy at any age and it can be triggered by a wide range of factors. The Chicago Wolves are determined to broaden the conversation of this condition and to raise funds to cure it.
The Wolves are hosting Epilepsy Awareness Night, presented by Heidenhain, Saturday, Dec. 19. The first 2,500 fans to enter Allstate Arena that night receive a T-shirt, courtesy of Heidenhain. Wendell and Paula Young’s older son, Matthew, was diagnosed with epilepsy at age 22 in the summer of 2013.
