The Chicago Wolves will auction team memorabilia autographed by National Hockey League Hall-of-Fame left wing Bobby Hull at home games and online during the first three weeks of December to benefit local Chicago-area children's charities.
Hull "signed" with the Wolves on Nov. 25 and will be in uniform when the Milwaukee Admirals visit the Allstate Arena on Sat., Dec. 17, at 7 p.m.
The Wolves will auction one item per game at home contests on Fri, Dec. 2; Fri, Dec. 9; Sun., Dec. 11 and Wed., Dec. 14, including autographed mini sticks, a hat and a replica jersey. The team will also host an online auction beginning on Mon., Dec. 5, for three autographed items: a hat ($50 minimum bid), mini stick ($50) and replica Wolves jersey ($100).
Proceeds will be donated to the Special Olympics, Friends for Steven, the Pediatric Cancer Foundation and Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation, as well as other local children'scharities.
