A group of dogs from the City of Chicago’s Animal Care and Control will be available for adoption in the South lobby at least one Saturday or Sunday home game each month throughout the regular season. Prospective owners are required to go through a screening process and pay a $65 fee, which includes spaying or neutering, all vaccinations, a Chicago pet license and a Wolves dog collar. Alcoholic beverages may not be carried into the Allstate Arena. Beer sales in are limited to two (2) beers per ID per purchase. Illinois state liquor laws require that all persons who may appear under the age of 30 show a valid ID. The Allstate Arena concessions staff reserves the right to deny beverage service to any guest who appears to be impaired. All alcohol sales will stop at the end of the 2nd intermission. Service limits and times of service may change at the discretion of the Allstate Arena.

A silent auction will be held at most home games to benefit Chicago Wolves Charities. The auction takes place at the Chicago Wolves Charities Table at the Customer Service Booth in the Southeast lobby, and bidding closes at the end of the 2nd intermission. The Allstate Arena Box Office is located on North side of the arena, across Lunt Avenue. The Box Office hours are:

Cameras are allowed in the Allstate Arena, but flash photography is prohibited during play. Per Player Union rules, video cameras are not allowed. You may not roam around the arena to shoot the game without proper credentials. You may not obstruct any fan's view of the game with yourself or your lens. Tripods are not allowed.

Children age 2 and under do not need a ticket if they are going to sit on a parent’s lap. If a parent would like a guaranteed seat for a child age 2 and under, they must purchase a ticket.
Chuck-A-Puck is a promotion held at select Wolves home games to benefit Chicago Wolves Charities. Pucks can be purchased at the Chicago Wolves Charities Table at the Customer Service Booth in the Southeast lobby for $2 each or 3 pucks for $5. Chuck-A-Puck will take place during the 2nd intermission, and you can win prizes for aiming at each on-ice target. Presented by Applebee's. There are numerous concession stands located throughout the Allstate Arena. Food and beverages will also be sold in the seating area via vendors. Seats for patrons with physical challenges are located at the top of Sections 113 and 116. Disabled fans may be dropped off on the North side of the arena on Lunt Avenue.

The Wolves’ pregame show contains fireworks, lasers and loud noises, and after each Wolves goal, fireworks are set off. Parents with small children and all those sensitive to explosions and loud noises should be cautious of this.

The Saturday Fun Fest takes place before every Saturday home game in the Skyline Room from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Admission is free, and activites include interactive games, free prizes, visits from Skates and much more.

Fans can bring artificial noisemakers to the game, but if a complaint is made of excessive noise to Allstate Arena security, then Allstate Arena security reserves the right to determine whether the noisemaker is approved for the remainder of the game. Whistles and horns are not allowed inside the Allstate Arena.

Restrooms are located throughout the Allstate Arena. Men’s restrooms are located behind Sections 105, 108, 114 and 116. Women’s restrooms are located behind Sections 104, 108, 113 and 116.
