“Kid of the Game” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will be executed in agreement between ROSEMONT HOCKEY PARTNERS L.P., an Illinois Limited Partnership ("Wolves") and APPLEBEE’S –APPLEILLINOIS L.L.C. (“Sponsor”) with offices at 2777 Finley Road, Suite 6, Downers Grove, Illinois 60515.

ENTRY: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contestants must be a resident of Illinois. To enter, participants may visit any Sponsor location and fill out an official entry form or text the word “WOLVES” to 69100 (you may be charged for each text message sent or received from your handset according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Each wireless carrier’s rate plan may vary, and entrants should contact their wireless carrier for information on text messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in the Sweepstakes. Any text message entry submitted into this Sweepstakes will be deemed made by the named account holder whose mobile phone number is assigned at the time of the entry to the text messaging device used. You can opt-out of future Sponsor alerts at any time by texting the word “STOP” to 69100). Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 p.m. CST on October 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59 a.m. CST March 1, 2012 (“Sweepstakes Period”). No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. Once submitted, entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and Wolves and will not be returned. ELIGIBILITY: To enter, participant must be at least 18 years old (or have permission of legal guardian age 18 or older), have valid photo identification and be a legal resident of the State of Illinois. Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one parent or guardian (age 18+) on game day. Employees of Sponsor, the Chicago Wolves, The American Hockey League, its members and clubs, participating sponsors and beneficiaries and the affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, suppliers, advertisers, promoters, and agents of any of these, and the immediate families of any of these, are not eligible. The term “immediate family” includes only spouses, parents and children. As a condition of receiving the prize, winners must provide valid photo identification or photocopy thereof to the Chicago Wolves. Winner may also be required to sign other legal documents (including tax form[s]). By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph, likenesses, biographical, information and voice in this and future promotions and publicity without further compensation.

DRAWING: Sponsor or Wolves will select a total of ten (10) to fifteen (15) First Prize winners during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants need not be present to win. Potential winner will be notified by phone, mail or e-mail. If any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if winner does not respond to notification within five (5) days of the date of notification, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Except where prohibited by law, potential winner will be required to complete, sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Ownership/Liability Release and Publicity Release (the “Affidavit”). Affidavit must be returned within ten (10) days from the postmark date or time-stamp on the prize notification letter or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

PRIZE/ODDS: Sponsor will award ten (10) to fifteen (15) First Prizes. Each First Prize (Approximate Retail Value of each First Prize: $550) consists of four (4) lower level tickets to a mutually agreed upon Chicago Wolves 2011-12 regular season home game, four (4) Chicago Wolves hats and one (1) Chicago Wolves jersey. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Winner is responsible for all taxes on prizes and expenses, including, without limitation, federal, state and local sales, and income taxes, luxury taxes and any other costs incurred in claiming or using the prize. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. No prize substitutions or cash equivalent of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and then only for a prize of equal or greater value.

GENERAL RULES: Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of prize winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor, its agencies and the Wolves to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release the Wolves, Rosemont Hockey Partners, L.P. and Sponsor, their employees and agencies, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies, and advertising and promotion agencies of each of the above, from any and all liability of any type whatsoever, including injury or death, arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes and use of the prize awarded. Sponsor or Wolves is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes.
