Donor of the Month Rules

Blood Donors:

Blood donors must be at least 17 years old (16 with parental/guardian consent), weigh at least 110 pounds, and be in general good health. There is no upper age limit and most medications are accepted. The donation process takes about one hour and is both safe and comfortable.

Rules:

All participating donors that use code RS20 when they arrive to donate at any CDC or Wolves Blood Drive will be eligible to win a unique game-day VIP experience with the Chicago Wolves. One winner will be chosen in a random drawing each month during the Wolves regular season.

Winners need not be present to win. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter random drawings. Dates, times, and appearance personalities are subject to change. ITxM employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Your odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Void where prohibited by law.
