Official Contest and Giveaway Guidelines and Rules

#PackFacts

From May 31, 2012 to August 31, 2012, @Chicago_Wolves will ask its followers three (3) trivia questions every Thursday: one question at 7 a.m., one question at 10 a.m. and one question at 1 p.m. CST. Followers who tweet the correct answer with the hashtag #PackFacts will be eligible Participants to be considered the Winner. The hashtag #PackFacts is required for all tweeted submissions for eligibility and entry into the Promotion. The three (3) Winners, one (1) per trivia question, will be chosen from the pool of correct answers from Participants at random. Winning Participants will be announced via Twitter the Friday immediately following the Thursday on which the Promotion questions were posted. Winning Participants must Direct Message @Chicago_Wolves or email their address in order to receive their prize. Prizes will be mailed to the address listed by the Participant.

#WolvesHunt

Beginning June 1, 2012, @Chicago_Wolves followers will be asked to hunt down Chicago Wolves logo sightings in their local community, such as posters, jerseys, displays, etc. One (1) Participant will be chosen each month, as determined by the Chicago Wolves Account, with the most unique logo sighting and receive a prize. The selected winning Participants will be asked to send their personal information via Direct Message or email in order to receive their prize. Prizes will be mailed to the address listed by the Participant.

#WolvesTracker

Beginning June 1, 2012 to September 3, 2012, @Chicago_Wolves followers will be asked to wear their Chicago Wolves jerseys, T-Shirts, hats, and other apparel and tweet photos of themselves during their summer and offseason travels. Participants may submit their photos in front of iconic landmarks, festivals, parks, vacation destinations, and other travels. Photos submitted by Participants must be within good taste or may otherwise be deemed inappropriate by the Chicago Wolves Account and considered ineligible in the Promotion. Two (2) Participants will be chosen as the Winners as determined by the Chicago Wolves Account in the categories of “Most Exotic” vacation destination and “Most Iconic Landmark” to receive a prize. The selected Winners will be asked to send their personal information via Direct Message or email in order to receive their prize. Prizes will be mailed to the address listed by the Participant. All photo submissions deemed appropriate will be collected and represented in an online gallery.

@Chicago_Wolves Contest and Giveaway Rules

By participating in the Twitter Giveaway or contest (a “Promotion”) by @Chicago_Wolves, you (the “Participant”) agree to these Official Twitter Contest and Giveaway Rules. Please read them carefully prior to participating.

All contest materials are property of the Chicago Wolves. No purchase necessary. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

Chicago Wolves Contest and Giveaways are subject to all of the laws of the United States and all localities where participants may reside and is void where prohibited or conditioned by federal or local laws or regulations of any kind.  This game is being conducted under the laws of the State of Illinois.

Participation in the Promotion constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Chicago Wolves decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Game. Contestants must be adult only facilities. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

The details and requirements for entry or participation in any Promotion shall be provided by the Chicago Wolves Account from time to time, in the discretion of the Chicago Wolves Account. Participants must follow the directions provided by @Chicago_Wolves and otherwise be bound by and follow these Official Twitter Contest and Giveaway Rules to be eligible to receive a prize in connection with any Promotion.

The Participant must be a follower of the @Chicago_Wolves Twitter account to be eligible to participate. Employees, team representatives, and their immediate families are not eligible for any Promotion. The Chicago Wolves Account will determine giveaway recipients in its sole discretion. If you have received a prize in connection with the promotion in the last 30 days, you will not be eligible. Chicago Wolves is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. Participants who participate in a Promotion in an unsportsmanlike manner will be disqualified from the Promotion and all future promotions. If a Promotion prize recipient is determined to be ineligible, the Chicago Wolves Account may or may not give away the prize to the next eligible follower. You will be required to privately provide your name, address, and other personal information (through Twitter direct message or email) necessary to receive the prize if you are selected as the recipient. Personal information will not be shared with third parties.

Each winning Participant, by acceptance of prize, grants the Chicago Wolves and Rosemont Hockey Partners LLC the right to publicize his/her winner information (name, city and state of residence, photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness) and prize information for promotional purposes in any media or format without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission, or notification, unless prohibited by law. All persons making a submission hereby grant to the Chicago Wolves the irrevocable worldwide, royalty free right and license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of and publicly display the submission in accordance with these rules.  The foregoing grant includes the right to display the name and any likeness submitted by the submitter.

By participating in a Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Chicago Wolves Contest and Giveaway on Twitter Rules, the requirements as listed by the Chicago Wolves Account at the time the Promotion is announced or promoted, and waive any and all claims against Rosemont Hockey Partners LLC for any injury, damage, or loss of any kind that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Promotion or receipt of the prize or in any travel or activity related to the Promotion.

The Chicago Wolves reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Chicago Wolves reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by the Chicago Wolves in its sole discretion
