The Wolves 14-14-2-0 record through 30 games this season is nearly identical to the 14-14-0-2 mark they had notched at the 30-game mark last year; Chicago went on to post a 35-10-1-4 record in its final 50 outings last season en route to winning the regular-season West Division title.



--- Paul Postma: Paced the team with four points (4A) in three games this week, which includes matching a team season high and a career most with three assists on Saturday ... Leads Wolves defensemen and ranks fourth overall on the team with 15 assists and paces team rear guards and ranks sixth on the squad with 18 points in 30 games ... His 18 points are tied for 10th among AHL blueliners

--- Nigel Dawes: Bagged three goals in his last two games, which includes his second multiple-goal outing of the season on Friday ... Ranks fourth on the team with 10 goals and seventh with 16 points in 24 games this season ... Shares fourth on the team with three power-play strikes and holds second on the squad with 79 shots on goal

--- Andre Deveaux: Tallied his sixth and seventh power-play markers on Saturday, which paces the team and is tied for first in the AHL ... Shares first on the Wolves and 15th in the league with 11 goals and ranks fifth on the team with 19 points in 30 games this season ... Ranks second on the squad with 65 penalty minutes

--- Jason Krog: Collected two assists on Saturday, his ninth multiple-point outing of the season ... Ranks first on the Wolves and shares fourth in the AHL with 23 assists and leads the team and shares seventh in the league with 29 points in 30 games this season ... Collected 296 points (85G, 211A) in 232 games with the Wolves, spanning four seasons (2006-08; 2009-present) and is two points shy of tying Bob Nardella for third on Chicago’s all-time scoring list

--- Darren Haydar: Dished out three assists in three games this week ... Shares first on the Wolves and 15th in the AHL with 11 goals and ranks second on the team and ninth in the league with 28 points in 30 games this season ... Ranks second on the team with 17 assists and shares second with four power-play goals ... Posted nine assists and 11 points in his last eight contests



--- Chicago bagged three power-play goals on eight chances on Saturday, the third time this season the team has collected three or more man-advantage markers in a game; the Wolves lead the AHL with a 23.9 conversion rate on the power play (33 of 138).

--- The Wolves opened scoring on Saturday for just the 11th time in 30 games this season; Chicago has notched a 6-4-1-0 mark when lighting the lamp first this year.

--- Defenseman Mark Matheson has tallied four assists and five points in his last four games after accruing one assist in his first 18 contests this year; the 26-year-old blueliner shares fourth among team rear guards with six points (G, 5A) in 22 contests this season.

--- Chicago has dented the net 39 times in its last 10 contests after scoring 29 markers in its previous 10 matchups; the Wolves share ninth in the AHL with an average of 3.10 goals-per-game this season.

--- Defenseman Boris Valabik recorded 15 penalty minutes on Saturday to move into fourth place on Chicago’s all-time penalty minutes list; the 24-year-old blueliner has amassed 513 penalty minutes in 149 games with the Wolves, spanning parts of five seasons (2006 - present).

--- The Wolves have killed off 11 of 13 five on three advantages this season, which includes thwarting a two man-advantage in each of their last two tilts; Chicago ranks 30th in the AHL with a 74.0 efficiency rating on the penalty kill (111 of 150).



--- Wolves center Angelo Esposito will speak to Elgin High School’s French classes at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday as part of the team’s educational outreach program. --- The Wolves scored twice in the third period to send the game to overtime but suffered a 4-3 overtime loss to the Abbotsford Heat at the Abbotsford Entertainment and Sports Centre

--- Goaltender Peter Mannino stopped 32 shots
