Youth Hockey Player of the Month

The Chicago Wolves are proud to announce our Youth Hockey Player of the Month awards, presented by Moe’s Southwest Grill.

The Chicago Wolves and Moe’s Southwest Grill recognize how hard all youth hockey players work on and off the ice. This sport requires a major commitment and both organizations believe the players’ efforts deserve to be celebrated.

Each month, the Wolves select one (1) youth hockey player to be the Player of the Month. Each Youth Hockey Player of the Month receives four tickets to a Wolves home game as well as Wolves merchandise and a personalized player of the month plaque. Nominate all deserving recipients below. All players nominated receive complimentary Wolves tickets

The Youth Hockey Player of the Month selection process takes into account on-ice play, teamwork, leadership skills, sportsmanship, and academics.

Fill out the form on this page to nominate a player. All nominations will be considered for the 2016-17 season.
