Jaskin recalled from Wolves

February 24, 2014

The Chicago Wolves announced Monday that left wing Dmitrij Jaskin has been recalled to the NHL.

The 20-year-old JASKIN has posted 14 goals, 14 assists and a +8 plus/minus rating in 39 games this season for the Wolves. The rookie ranks second on the team in goals and third in points.

The Russian-born Czech Republic native has posted one goal and one assist in seven games for the St. Louis Blues this season. He recorded his first National Hockey League goal on Dec. 28 against the Chicago Blackhawks and notched his first NHL assist on Feb. 6 versus Boston.

The Wolves, who are 1 point out of first place in the American Hockey League’s Midwest Division, wrap up their four-game homestand with a 7:30 p.m. game Friday against Rochester and a 3 p.m. contest Sunday against Iowa.
