Wolves Open Training Camp

The Chicago Wolves launch their pursuit of the 2015 Calder Cup with split-squad practices on Monday at the Triphahn Community Center and Ice Arena in Hoffman Estates.

Head coach John Anderson expects the four-time league champions to have 40 to 45 players available during the course of training camp, which features four exhibition games in four days as the Wolves ramp up for their 21st season opener at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 11, at Allstate Arena.

The 2014 Midwest Division champions open preseason play against the Iowa Wild at 6 p.m. on Wednesday at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, Iowa. The Wolves visit the Rockford IceHogs for a 7 p.m. game on Thursday at the MetroCentre.

The Wolves host Iowa at 7 p.m. Friday at the Triphahn Center Ice Arena. For tickets, contact the arena at 847-885-7500. Chicago wraps up its exhibition slate at 7 p.m. Saturday against the Milwaukee Admirals at West Meadows Ice Arena in Rolling Meadows. Contact the arena at 847-398-2700 for tickets.
