Tale of the Tape: Jan. 23

Saturday, Jan. 23, 5:00 p.m. Bojangles’ Coliseum

Chicago looks to remain unbeaten against Charlotte as the weekend series concludes tonight at Bojangles’ Coliseum. The Wolves have won all three games this season by a combined 16-8 count.

The Wolves have won five straight in the series and captured nine of the last 10 meetings dating to the 2013-14 season. The teams won’t meet again until Feb. 21 in Chicago.

After losing eight consecutive games on the road, Chicago has turned the tables and won back-to-back road games against two of the hottest teams in the Central Division. Charlotte had won 13 of 16 games prior to Chicago’s come-from-behind win last night, and Grand Rapids had won 14 straight home games before falling to the Wolves, 4-3 in overtime on Sunday.
