The Chicago Wolves announced Saturday that defenseman Jérémie Blain has been recalled from loan to Brampton (ECHL) and left wing Emerson Clark has been signed to a professional tryout contract (PTO).
Blain played in 5 games for the Wolves during January and posted 1 goal, 2 penalty minutes and a -1 plus/minus rating. The 23-year-old Quebec native has notched 2 goals and 22 assists in 34 games for the Brampton Beast this season.
Clark joins the Wolves from the Tulsa Oilers (ECHL), where he produced 15 goals, 11 assists and 96 penalty minutes in 32 games. The 23-year-old from Whitby, Ontario, has spent his entire professional career in the ECHL, where he has accounted for 39 goals, 33 assists and 569 penalty minutes in 153 games.
