Saturday, March 5, 7:00 p.m. Bradley Center

Chicago and Milwaukee square off twice in a 48-hour period with a home-and-home series starting tonight at the Bradley Center and resuming tomorrow afternoon at Allstate Arena. The Amtrak Rivalry is heating up with 5 games over a 16-day period.

PAT CANNONE scored his team-leading 20th goal and rookie JUSTIN CRANDALL notched his first goal to lead Chicago to a 2-1 win over Milwaukee on Feb. 27 in the last encounter between the teams. Goaltender JORDAN BINNINGTON looked sharp in making 26 saves.

Chicago is searching for its first win of the season at the Bradley Center, a building in which the Wolves have been held to a goal in each of their last 3 visits.

JEREMY WELSH and PAT CANNONE led active Wolves players in scoring against the Admirals. WELSH is averaging nearly a point per game with 14 points (9G, 5A) in 17 games while CANNONE has registered 12 points (5G, 7A) in 26 contests.

#11 Adam Payerl – Right Wing

Right wing Adam Payerl has come a long way since the summer.

The Kitchener, Ontario native experienced a frustrating few months after suffering an injury in his final year with Wilkes-Barre, as the Penguins released him to free agency and he went unsigned before inking a late ECHL contact with Cincinnati.

After making Milwaukee on a PTO contract, the 6-foot-3, 215-pound force of a forward, has been playing like a man deserving of a roster spot as eight goals and 21 points in 54 games this season attests to.

Player Spotlight

#12 Pat Cannone – Center

It’s been a career year for Mr. Cannone.

Center PAT CANNONE recorded the first 20-goal campaign of his professional career with a goal against Milwaukee on Feb. 27. The fifth-year pro is also closing in on his personal-best point total of 47, achieved last season with the Wolves. CANNONE is four points shy of surpassing that mark.

With 50 goals and 125 points in a Wolves uniform, CANNONE leads active players in Wolves career scoring. He is 9 points shy of tying Tim Bergland (134) for 19th place on Chicago’s all-time points chart.
