The Chicago Wolves have a long-standing partnership with the City of Chicago’s Department of Animal Care and Control to help find loving families for dogs. And we’re asking for your help in finding a home for Rocky — a one-and-a-half-year-old brown and black terrier mix — and his best friend, Cookie a one-year-old tan Chihuahua, who were surrendered together on Saturday.
