We asked you guys to help us nail down the top goal from the first half of the 2015-16 season and you delivered, selecting a beauty of a tic-tac-toe play completed by captain Pat Cannone against the Manitoba Moose on Nov. 1.
And now we want you to show some love to the second half of the season. We’ve narrowed it down to five but only one can win! It’s not going to be easy to choose between Jordan Caron, Pat Cannone, and Danny Kristo’s tic-tac-toe dissection of the Charlotte defense that resulted in Caron’s power-play tally on Jan. 23 and Zach O’Brien’s nifty stickhandling and deking before he stuffed the puck into an empty net on Feb. 26 against Milwaukee.
Or what about Andre Benoit’s thrilling overtime goal that gave the Wolves a 3-2 victory over the Rockford IceHogs on Jan. 30 at Allstate Arena? We can’t forget about when Ty Rattie drew a penalty shot on March 6 against Milwaukee and buried a backhand flip over Juuse Saros’ blocker.
And last but not least, remember when Bryce Gervais converted a two-on-one rush off a pass from Emerson Clark on April 8?
Refresh your memory by watching these great goals over again and then make your vote! We’ll announce the winner one week from today on Tuesday, June 7.
