The Chicago Wolves will take a moment away from their race toward the Calder Cup playoffs to enjoy the team’s Wine Tasting fundraiser on Tuesday, March 28, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Harry Caray’s in Rosemont.
Left wing Kenny Agostino, the American Hockey League’s leader in points, heads a star-studded cast of Wolves players who will serve fans delicious wines and appetizers during the course of the evening to raise money for Chicago Wolves Charities.
Forwards Brett Sterling, Jordan Caron and Ty Rattie, goaltender Jordan Binnington, and longtime NHL defenseman James Wisniewski also are scheduled to be a part of the event, which features premier wines provided by Roselle-based Lynfred Winery.
“This is always an enjoyable night for everyone, but it should be even more exciting this year due to how well our team has been playing,” said Wolves senior vice president of operations Courtney Mahoney. “‘Our guys are super-approachable and even though their knowledge about wine doesn’t match their hockey expertise, their awesome personalities make up the difference. We are lucky to have such tremendous fans who support these endeavors and appreciate Lynfred’s wines.”
Tickets are available for fans at least 21 years of age and can be reserved for a $65 donation at ChicagoWolvesStore.com. Everyone receives a free gift along with the opportunity to win raffle prizes.
Proceeds from the event benefit Chicago Wolves Charities, which works with more than a dozen Illinois-based charities. Chicago Wolves Charities has raised more than $4 million for local organizations. For more information, contact Camille Colletti at (847) 832-1954 or [email protected].
