The Chicago Wolves’ opponent on Saturday, Oct. 14, for the team’s 24th home opener will be the Ontario Reign, the American Hockey League announced Monday. It marks the first game between the Wolves and Reign since Ontario joined the AHL in 2015.
Ontario will be the first of four new opponents to visit Allstate Arena during the Wolves’ 2017-18 AHL schedule. The rest of Chicago’s 76-game slate and 2018 Calder Cup Playoffs details will be released Tuesday.
