Conkle Hired as Wolves Strength and Conditioning Coach

The Chicago Wolves announced Saturday that Jeff Conkle has been hired as the team’s strength and conditioning coach.

Previously, the 28-year-old spent four seasons with the Columbus Blue Jackets as the strength and conditioning coach for the organization’s primary American Hockey League affiliate.

For the past two years, he worked with the Cleveland Monsters and was part of the staff during the Monsters’ 2016 Calder Cup championship. For the 2013-14 and 2014-15 seasons, Conkle served as the strength coach for the Springfield Falcons.

A native of Columbus, Ohio, Conkle earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at The Ohio State University.
