October 28, 2017

The Chicago Wolves announced Saturday that defenseman Jason Garrison has been loaned to the team by the Vegas Golden Knights (NHL).

This season, Garrison has skated in four games for Vegas and collected an assist and a -2 plus/minus rating. The 32-year-old was selected by the Golden Knights during the Expansion Draft in June.

In his 10th professional season, the White Rock, British Columbia, native has skated in 534 National Hockey League games with four teams and registered 159 points (48G, 111A) in that span. Undrafted, Garrison signed an entry-level contract with the Florida Panthers on April 2, 2008, as a free agent.

Garrison will be available when the Wolves travel to Grand Rapids on Friday, Nov. 3. Game time is 6 p.m. and the contest will be broadcast on The U Too in the Chicago area.
