The Chicago Wolves announced Monday that center Brandon Pirri has been recalled from loan by the Vegas Golden Knights.
The 26-year-old is a veteran of 226 National Hockey League games across seven seasons and owns 98 points (57G, 41A) in that time. Pirri netted 22 goals in 2014-15 to finish second in team goal-scoring for the Florida Panthers.
This season, Pirri is Chicago’s top goal-scorer — and shares fourth on the American Hockey League leaderboard — with 29 tallies to his credit in 54 games. His 51 points place him third in Wolves team scoring.
The Wolves look to punch their postseason ticket for the 19th time in their 24-year history on Tuesday, April 3, when they host the Milwaukee Admirals. The 7 p.m. game will stream on AHLLive.com.
