For the sixth year in a row, Chicago Wolves senior director of program development Stefanie Evans has earned first place for group sales in the American Hockey League’s Western Conference.
Evans, who spearheads several of the Wolves’ promotional traditions such as Girl Scout Night and the School-Day Games, accepted her most recent honor Wednesday during the AHL’s 2017-18 business award ceremonies in Des Moines.
“We’re so proud to have Stefanie recognized by the AHL for her achievements this past season,” said Jon Sata, Wolves senior vice president for partnerships and business development. “Her accomplishments are a result of hard work, strong relationships and, frankly, our fans love working with her! She is in a class of her own and leads by example in our organization. I’m excited that the AHL and hockey community gets to see her shine with this award; we’re lucky that we get to see that from Stefanie every day!”
The Wolves also were among a handful of teams rewarded for averaging at least 2,000 group tickets sold per game and selling at least 750 new full season-equivalent tickets.
