For each of the Chicago Wolves’ first 25 years, the hockey season always ended on their terms: Either with a huge celebration on the ice or the hollow feeling that lingers when you end up without the Cup.
But Season No. 26 might not fall in line with the first 25. Thanks to the novel coronavirus that has spread across the world with frightening speed, the Wolves’ season was suspended March 12 when professional sports throughout North America came to an abrupt halt.
