Jackie Schroeder
Sr. Director of Ticket Retention & Services


Jackie Schroeder is in her 15th season with the Wolves and fourth as the senior director of ticket retention and services.

The 35-year-old Bloomingdale native joined the organization as a ticket sales and services assistant in September 2004. She served as ticket sales and services manager before assuming her current role in June 2015.

Prior to joining the Wolves, the Ball State University graduate worked in the stadium/event operations of the Peoria Sports Complex in Arizona and spent time in the game operations department of the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Schroeder and her husband, Nate, have a daughter, Zoey, and live in the northwest suburbs.
