Ticket Disclaimer

This ticket is a revocable license and may be taken up and admission refused upon refunding the purchase price hereon. The resale or attempted resale at a price higher than that appearing hereon is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.

Holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event or game of ice hockey for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to, the actual playing of the game, including specifically (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by batted pucks or thrown or broken hockey sticks and agrees that the Professional Hockey Players Association, the American Hockey League, the participating clubs, their agents, players and other individuals, the Allstate Arena or the Village of Rosemont are not responsible or liable for any injuries resulting from such causes.

Holder agrees by use of this ticket not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the game or event to which this ticket is issued. Breach of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license. Holder grants permission to organization sponsoring the game or event for which this ticket is issued, to utilize the holders image or likeness in connection with wired or other transmission or reproduction of the event for which this ticket relates.

No food, drink cans, noisemakers and/or recording devices of any kind are allowed to be brought into the building.

Because of the variety and nature of the events which take place in the Allstate Arena, the management reserves the right to relocate patrons in order to accommodate the production of the event for which this ticket admits the bearer.
