On game days, the quickest way to reach your ticket representative is by email. You can also call 1-800-TheWolves and any available team member will be happy to assist you.
When do we pick up our season ticket benefits?
These benefits are distributed at select games throughout the season. This includes benefits such as a holiday gift pack, a commemorative puck, custom nameplate and guaranteed giveaways. You will receive an email with pick-up instructions once your benefit item(s) are ready. For guaranteed giveaways, we set aside enough items before each game for all accounts that selected this benefit.
First-half giveaways will be distributed mid-season.
Second-half giveaways will be handed out toward the end of the season.
Having issues with your tickets on a game day?
The Wolves will always have a ticket representative available at the box office on game days, starting one hour before puck drop. The box office is located on the north side of the arena, and the Wolves ticket representative will be stationed at the far-right window.
Have questions/concerns once inside the arena?
Stop by our Customer Service Booth behind section 113, and we’ll be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns.
Unused ticket redemption?
Unused ticket redemption should be completed at least 24-48 hours before the game. If you need to make an exchange on game day, please call 1-800-TheWolves or visit the far-right window of the box office, which opens one hour before puck drop.
Where can I meet my ticket representative on game day?
Our ticket representatives have various different responsibilities on game days, but stop by our Customer Service Booth at section 113 and we can help direct you to their location or set up a time for them to visit you.
Can I use my merchandise discount at games?
Unfortunately, there is no discount available in-arena. Your season ticket member merchandise discount is only good when purchasing through our online store at https://chicagowolvesstore.com/.
