The Wolves are ready to throw it back to one of the most memorable seasons in franchise history.
The 2001-02 campaign was the Wolves’ first in the American Hockey League and when the dust settled, legendary players including Rob Brown and Steve Maltais, had secured the organization’s third championship—and first Calder Cup.
Wolves fans can relive that magical season when players don special 2001-02 Throwback Jerseys during games against the Grand Rapids Griffins on April 10 and Central Division rival Milwaukee Admirals on April 11 and April 18, respectively—and afterward own a piece of history.
A Dan Snyder, Brown and Maltais game-issued Throwback Jersey will be available during the Saturday, April 18 game at the charity table for silent auction.
Game-used and game-issued jerseys for Wolves players and alumni legends will be available for purchase at ChicagoWolvesStore.com on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 20, as well as available via an online raffle at ChicagoWolves.com to benefit Chicago Wolves Charities, driven by Kia.
In addition, a handful of jerseys will be available via an online auction so keep an eye out for details on those starting Tuesday, April 22.
