50/50 raffle seller, 2025-26
50/50 Raffle Sellers will play a crucial role in fundraising money for charity by selling raffle tickets, engaging with fans and promoting Chicago Wolves Charities. The 50/50 seller position will run from October until the end of the season and is a paid position. Sellers are expected to work the majority of home games. This is the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to break into the industry of sports, events and non-profits.
- Sell 50/50 raffle tickets to fans at Chicago Wolves Home Games.
- Engage fans on the details of the 50/50 program and Chicago Wolves Charities.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding designated sales goals per game.
- Accurately handle the sales and distribution of the raffle tickets.
- Handling and accurately counting cash.
- Understand and demonstrate the mission of Chicago Wolves Charities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Responsible, motivated individual with a competitive spirit.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to positively engage with fans.
- Strong customer service skills, previous experience preferred.
- Able to work the majority of home games, including nights, weekends and holidays.

manager of TICKET SALES
JOB SUMMARY:
- The Manager of Ticket Sales should be an expert in selling season tickets to Chicago Wolves games to various organizations and companies. This candidate should have the desire to sell, leadership capabilities and follow-through to make sure all personal and departmental goals are achieved.
- This individual will seek to develop business relationships to gain revenue by selling season and group tickets for the Chicago Wolves.
- He\she will work regular office hours and\or event hours including evenings, weekends and holidays. A core function of the Manager of Ticket Sales will be leading as well as generating new revenue through outbound calls, client meetings, custom emails, events, cross-selling and generating referrals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Manager of Ticket Sales will drive new business growth while also providing strong leadership.
- Meet and exceed personal revenue goals set by the leadership team.
- Meet and exceed departmental revenue goals set by leadership team.
- Help lead the Season Ticket team to sell all season ticket plans and Chicago Wolves products.
- Assist in developing a strategic plan for New Full Season Equivalents (FSE).
- Solicit new business opportunities for Season Ticket department.
- Handle day-to-day ticket sales operations: fielding inbound calls, conducting outbound call blocks and scheduling off-site meetings with clients.
- Develop flyers, collateral and promotional materials for events.
- Plan and coordinate special events for businesses, fans and all applicable clients to create new revenue streams.
- Assist with sales processes including planning campaigns, sales timeline/calendar, retention events, along with continued training and onboarding the ticketing team.
- Maintain and develop relationships with long-time season ticket members.
- Implement year-round communication strategies to enhance the customer experience.
- Embrace and support fan development initiatives, creative ticket sales ideas and community.
- Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Communications, Marketing, Sales, preferred).

History of academic excellence measured by GPA and/or standardized test scores.

Minimum 4 years prior sales experience with a proven record of sales achievements.

BLIMP OPERATOR (PART-TIME)
The Chicago Wolves are seeking an experienced blimp operator for the 2025-26 season. The position is responsible for flying the Wolves’ radio-controlled blimp during all home games, plus maintenance and repairs to the blimp as necessary throughout the season.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced radio-controlled blimp experience is required.
- Previous blimp operation experience with a sports team is preferred.
- Must be punctual and reliable with strong communication skills.
- Available to work all home games (Friday/Saturday nights, Sunday afternoons and some weekday and weeknights) from October to April, plus playoffs as needed.
