Concessions at Allstate Arena are cashless to amplify their guest service. This includes all food, beverage and retail purchased throughout the arena. Going cashless allows Allstate Arena to be even more efficient and reduce wait time for customers. On average it takes 15 seconds to complete a cash transaction, and by contrast a chip and pin takes between 5 and 8 seconds and contactless can be completed in just 2 seconds. Cashless will also reduce touchpoints between customers and employees by eliminating the exchange of cash and coin.

Allstate Arena accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) and mobile payment services including Apple Pay, Android Pay and Google Pay
