Read To Succeed For Schools

The Chicago Wolves’ “Read To Succeed” community initiative has been a successful library-based program since 1996 — encouraging more than a million students to make reading a fun and rewarding part of life. For the ninth consecutive year, we are also pleased to offer “Read To Succeed For Schools,” presented by JULIEBeforeYouDig.com. With a little encouragement, kids discover the fun in picking up a book.

The “Read to Succeed” program is designed to motivate and reward students in kindergarten through eighth grade for their efforts in reading, whether through existing or new school reading initiatives.

The Wolves offer free reading logs to help support these programs. Students who finish their reading programs, as specified by their schools, will earn a certificate for a complimentary ticket to a selected Chicago Wolves home game during the 2026-27 season.

To redeem the ticket, students should email their completed form to [email protected] or reach out with any questions.

STORYTIME WITH SKATES

Skates and a member of the Chicago Wolves staff will join your virtual class for Storytime with Skates! Choose one of Skates’ favorite books and we will read it to the class to encourage reading and positive themes.
