Adopt-a-Dog

A group of dogs are available for adoption in the South Lobby at one Saturday home game each month throughout the regular season. Prospective owners are required to go through a screening process and pay a $99 fee, which includes spaying or neutering, all vaccinations, a Chicago pet license and a Wolves dog collar. Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverages may not be carried into Allstate Arena. Beer sales are limited to two (2) beers per ID per purchase. Illinois state liquor laws require that all persons who appear under the age of 30 show a valid ID. The Allstate Arena concessions staff reserves the right to deny beverage service to any guest who appears to be impaired. Alcohol sales stop at the end of the second intermission. Service limits and times of service may change at the discretion of Allstate Arena.

Attacking Zone

The Wolves attack the West end during the first and third periods and the East end during the second period.


Auction

A silent auction will be held at most home games to benefit Chicago Wolves Charities. The auction takes place at the Chicago Wolves Charities Table behind Section 105 in the southwest corner of the main concourse. Bidding closes at the end of the second intermission. A letter of authenticity and receipt will be provided with items. For more information, click here.


Autographs

Following all Wolves home games, players leave through the West exit. If you are unable to attend a home game and wish to send fan mail, please direct your letters to the player’s attention. All letters should be sent to:

ATMs are located in the North lobby behind Section 109, in the East lobby behind Section 113, and in the South lobby behind Section 102.

BAG SEARCH policy

In accordance with the Village of Rosemont and its Allstate Arena security policies, fans should know that all bags will be searched upon entry. In addition, all bags that are backpack-sized or larger will not be allowed into the arena unless they are medically necessary or required as part of pregame or on-ice entertainment (i.e., youth hockey intermissions, school bands, etc.). Anyone who attempts to bring in items or bags that are not permitted will be required to return them to their vehicle.


Birthday Party Packages

Celebrate your child’s special occasion at a Wolves game! Birthday party packages are for children ages 15 and under, and start as low as $15 per person. Call 1-800-THE WOLVES, or click here for details.


Booster Club

The Wolf Pack Booster Club is the official fan booster club of the Chicago Wolves. For more information about the Wolf Pack, visit their website at chicagowolfpack.com.


Box Office

The Allstate Arena Box Office is located on North side of the arena, across Lunt Avenue. The Box Office hours are:

Monday-Friday: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday: 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday: Opens three hours prior to game time

The Box Office remains open until one hour after the start of all home games.


Breakaway Magazine

Cameras/Video Equipment

Cameras are allowed in the Allstate Arena, but flash photography is prohibited during play. Per Player Union rules, video cameras are not allowed. You may not roam around the arena to shoot the game without proper credentials. You may not obstruct any fan’s view of the game with yourself or your lens. Tripods are not allowed.


Charity Raffle

Wolves charity raffles are held at select Wolves home games to benefit Chicago Wolves Charities. Raffle tickets can be purchased at the Chicago Wolves Charities Table for $2 each or three tickets for $5. Chicago Wolves Charities

Chicago Wolves Charities is the charity arm of the Chicago Wolves. The Wolves partner with several local charities throughout the season, helping to raise funds and awareness for these great causes. For more information about Chicago Wolves Charities, click here.


Child Admittance

Children under age 2 do not need a ticket if they are going to sit on a parent’s lap. If parents would like a guaranteed seat for a child under age 2, they must purchase a ticket.


Chuck-A-Puck

Chuck-A-Puck is a promotion held at select Wolves home games to benefit Chicago Wolves Charities. Pucks can be purchased at the Chicago Wolves Charities Table behind Section 105 in the southwest corner of the main concourse for $2 each or three pucks for $5. Chuck-A-Puck will take place either during the second intermission or immediately after the game, and you can win prizes for aiming at each on-ice target. Presented by The Salvation Army. Color Guard

Organizations can present the colors on the ice at home games. Please call 1-800-THE-WOLVES for details.


Concession Stands

There are numerous concession stands located throughout Allstate Arena. Food and beverages also are sold in the seating area via vendors. Please note that locations of all food and beverage stands are subject to change. For a complete list of concession stands and available food and beverage, click here.

Concessions at Allstate Arena are cashless to amplify our guest service. This includes all food, beverage and retail purchased throughout the arena. Being cashless allows us to be even more efficient in reducing wait time for customers. On average, it takes 15 seconds to complete a cash transaction, and by contrast a chip and pin takes between 5 and 8 seconds and contactless can be completed in just 2 seconds. Cashless also reduces touchpoints between customers and employees by eliminating the exchange of cash and coin.

We continue to accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express) and mobile payment services (including Apple Pay, Android Pay, and Google Pay).

Directions to Allstate Arena

Allstate Arena is located in Rosemont, Ill., also home to the Rosemont Theatre and the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. The Arena is conveniently located near the intersection of Interstates 90 and 294 and Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport. For complete directions, click here.


Disabled Access

Seats for patrons with physical challenges are located at the top of Sections 113 and 116. Disabled fans may be dropped off on the north side of the arena on Lunt Avenue.


Donation Requests

Charities and other non-profit organizations requesting donations should submit their request online here. Requests should be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event. No requests will be accepted via mail, fax or email.


Doors Open

Doors open one hour prior to scheduled game time.


Drinking Fountains

Drinking fountains are available in the North Lobby behind Section 109 and in the South Lobby behind Sections 101 and 104.


Drives

Elevators

Elevators are located on the north side of the arena behind Section 112 and on the south side of the arena behind Section 101.


Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges are given for individual game tickets. Alpha Wolf season ticket holders are eligible for a special ticket exchange program. Fireworks/Loud Noises

The Wolves pregame show contains fireworks, lasers and loud noises. After each Wolves goal, fireworks are set off. Parents with small children and all those sensitive to explosions and loud noises should be cautious of this.


First Aid

Emergency medical treatment is available in the Northwest Lobby between Sections 108 and 109.


Flex Packs

Flex Packs are books of 10 undated ticket vouchers that can be redeemed in any increment during the regular season. All Flex Packs come with a free gift. For more information, visit the Customer Service Booth in the Northeast lobby, call 1-800-THE-WOLVES, or click here.


Flying Pucks

Pucks and other objects which travel beyond the playing area and into the stands can be dangerous. Please be alert at all times.

Lost Children

Guests seeking parents or children separated from their party should go directly to the North Security Gate and alert a Rosemont police officer.


Lower-Level Boxes

Lower-Level Boxes are available on a per-game basis and accommodate 10 guests. These packages include parking passes, savings on additional tickets, snacks and soda and additional catering upon request. Matrix Board Messages

Fans who wish to have a message placed on the matrix board during a home game may do so by donating $10 to Chicago Wolves Charities at least five (5) business days prior to the game date. National Anthem

The Chicago Wolves are fortunate to have Wayne Messmer sing the Anthem before all home games.


Noisemakers

Fans can bring artificial noisemakers to the game. If an excessive noise complaint is made to Allstate Arena security, then security reserves the right to determine whether the noisemaker is approved for the remainder of the game. Whistles and horns are not allowed inside the Allstate Arena.


NURSING/BREAST FEEDING

If needed, please visit the Wolves Customer Service Booth behind Section 113 for assistance in finding a quiet space for nursing infants.

Parking is available close to all entrances of the Allstate Arena. The parking fee is $15 (cash only).

All parking is on-site. Handicap parking is available in the South Lot.

POSTGAME SKATE POLICY

In accordance with the Village of Rosemont and its Allstate Arena security policies, fans will no longer be allowed to enter the arena with their skates prior to or during a game. Please leave them in your vehicle. Upon conclusion of the game, fans will be allowed to retrieve their skates and re-enter the arena to participate in the postgame skate. Practices

Public Transportation

Allstate Arena is accessible by public transportation via CTA rail and Pace bus service. Take the CTA Rapid Transit Line (Blue Line) to the Rosemont-River Road station. Re-Entry Policy

Fans may not re-enter the Allstate Arena unless they have made arrangements with Allstate Arena security or ushers at the gates prior to leaving.


Restrooms

Restrooms are located throughout Allstate Arena. Men’s restrooms are located behind Sections 105, 108, 114 and 116. Women’s restrooms are located behind Sections 104, 108, 113 and 116.


Retired Numbers

The Wolves have retired the numbers of Wendell Young (1) and Steve Maltais (11) and have honored former head coach John Anderson and general manager Kevin Chevaldayoff as well as late players Tim Breslin and Dan Snyder. Their banners are located above the West end of the arena.

Smoking Policy

Allstate Arena has been a smoke-free facility since Jan. 3, 2007. Smoking is prohibited within Allstate Arena, but areas for smoking are located outside the South and East entrances of the Arena.

It is hockey etiquette to wait for the whistle either to leave or to return to your seats.


Wheelchair Accessible Seating

Wheelchair accessible seats are located at the top of Sections 113 and 116.


Will Call

Will Call pickup is available one hour prior to game time. A photo ID is required and tickets will only be given to the person listed. Will Call is located in the Allstate Arena Box Office across the street from the North entrance of the arena.
