President of Business Operations
Jon Sata was named President of Business Operations for the Chicago Wolves in July of 2021.
Prior to being elevated to his current role, Sata spent four seasons as the senior vice president of partnerships and business development and six seasons as the vice president of partnerships. The 2000 Purdue graduate came to the Wolves after one season with the Professional Bull Riders (PBR).

Under Sata’s direction, the Wolves have won the American Hockey League’s Sponsorship Sales Department of the Year award four times (2010-11, 2011-12, 2014-15 and 2018-19) and have also recorded franchise-high ticket sales growth.
Sata and his wife, Sarah, reside in Elmhurst with their two sons, Justin and Jeremy, daughter, Sonya, and dogs, Chip and Dolly. On gamedays, Sata’s oldest son Justin can be found working as a locker room attendant for the Wolves.
